Ragnar Oelsner - Founder
Ragnar formed Occidental in 2020 to serve as a vehicle for platform-building investment focusing on emerging real estate asset classes with complex underlying operations needing process optimization through technology and economies of scale. Occidental currently holds sponsor positions in four firms that were founded and co-founded by Ragnar: i)Occidental Property Management LLC ("OPM") , ii) Olara LLC, iii) Solara Group LLC, and iv) Greenmont Group.
